Browser-based image processing
ImageEaseTools is designed so that routine image processing happens inside your web browser. Images selected for compression, resizing, conversion and editing are not intentionally uploaded to our server by those tools.
Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is stored so we can read and respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, subject, message and basic connection information used for security.
Server logs
Like most websites, hosting systems may record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. These logs support security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Cookies and sessions
The administrator area uses a secure session cookie for authentication. Public visitors may receive a short-lived session value when submitting protected forms. ImageEaseTools does not need an account cookie for normal tool use.
Third-party services
The core project includes local website assets. A site owner may later add analytics, advertising or other services. When that happens, this policy should be updated to explain those services.
Data choices
You may contact the site owner to ask about a submitted message. Requests may be limited where records must be retained for security or legal reasons.
